Chef Kyle is a Colorado native, who was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He worked in fine dining in the north east for the first part of his career before moving back to Colorado to focus on approachable and creative cooking. He has a particular love for vegetable forward dishes and highlighting the integrity of the ingredients. Chef Kyle joined the Blue River Bistro team in the spring of 2025 and is looking forward to bringing new, yet familiar flavors to their guests.
