Andy Lipps


Born and raised in Colorado, Andy started his culinary career at a local Italian restaurant in Evergreen. He attended Johnson and Wales in Denver for degrees in culinary arts and foodservice management.

Andy went to study under Chef Dante Tripi at Roy’s in Hawaii, returned to Colorado to bring world class cuisine to the mountains he loves.
