Slowly that paradigm is changing and a new generation of women are taking the industry, and winemaking, by storm. Join Shelley Sale of Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits of Colorado to celebrate fine wine made by great women. If The Wine Matters, So Does the Glass

More Info:  Age 21+ | Indoor | Education & Tasting | Wine

Riedel and the Breckenridge Wine Classic come together  to offer guests a unique and authentic experience – Riedel Comparative Wine Glass Workshop. To showcase wine in its finest form, Riedel’s varietal-specific glasses enhance the aromas and taste components, while finding a wine’s maximum complexity by featuring the best possible harmony. When all these elements are in place, the glass becomes the wine’s ‘loudspeaker,’ transmitting the message of the beverage to the human senses. Discover the effect of shape and size on the perception of wine in a glass & wine tasting tutorial. Guests will enjoy tasting four different varietals and the stemware best suited for each. Guests who attend this seminar receive Riedel Veritas Tasting Kit with four glasses (suggested retail of $119) to take home. This is an experience that a true wine lover should not miss!

Along the way, master tasters learn to rely on several “codes” presented in a wine’s make-up. In this seminar, Master Sommelier Sean Razee will guide you through a handful of the defining wine characteristics used by Master Sommeliers to decode a wine’s true nature, forming the clues to great blind tasting.
