The Liquid Chef of Breckenridge Distillery is constantly challenging herself to push the envelope with her cocktail creations. Billie received the Icons of Whisky award America 2021 bar manager of the year. Keithley moved to Colorado barely 21. After stints of lift op and ski tech, Billie plunged into the service industry and hasn’t looked back.
