Cindy joined the Carboy team in 2019 opening the Denver location. After successfully launching Carboy Denver, Cindy moved to Palisade in 2022 to open Carboy Winery at Mt. Garfield Estate. The Palisade location debuted with incredible success thanks to her extraordinary leadership and passion. Currently residing in Breckenridge as Tasting Room Supervisor, Cindy’s enthusiasm and sense of innovation have made her the perfect person to help support Carboy Winery in so many different areas. She is a sales and operations management professional with an extensive background in business development, hospitality, and guest service. Born and raised in New Orleans, her enthusiasm and passion for cuisine, hospitality, and community come naturally. In 2016 she obtained her Executive Sommelier Certification and decided to devote her career to the wine industry.
