Kenny was born in Southern California to a family of seven and started cooking since the age of five. Kenny loved cooking enough to make it is profession and started his culinary career in 2015. Earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelor’s Degree in History. Kenny has worked in Las Vegas for seven years holding multiple culinary positions including working with Chef Reginald Nebab at the Oyster Bar and Fulton Street Food Court at the Harrah’s Las Vegas as well as working for Michael Mina
and Robert Irvine at their respected restaurants in Las Vegas. He has also cooked for the U.S. Men’s Basketball Team and Former Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak. Kenny Is passionate about developing new flavors and dishes that can later be used for menu development. When not cooking Kenny enjoys
watching Baseball, Football, and Soccer, going to the gym, hiking, fishing, and motorcycle riding.
